"It was an absolute pleasure working with Honey + Hive for their recent Holiday party event at our venue. Caitlin, in particular, was a standout—detail-oriented, organized, and on top of every task. Her conscientious approach, coupled with seamless collaboration on event details, made the entire process a breeze. From coordinating a hibachi grill to ensuring every aspect met our standards, Caitlin's professionalism and dedication were commendable. I never had to worry or remind her of anything. Looking forward to future collaborations with Caitlin and the Honey & Hive team!"

NETWORKING COMMUNITY:
THE MOTION COLLAB

The Motion Collab is a community event dedicated to helping health and wellness professionals connect with other like minded individuals and strengthen their career skills through educational sessions led by industry experts. Honey & Hive is responsible for the marketing, planning and execution of these events. From creating event assets to promoting the event to coordinating with vendors and hosts to setting up the event day of, Honey & Hive manages the process from start to finish.

BRAND ACTIVATION:
PETZEY WELLNESS TOURS

The Petzey Wellness Tour was an initiative to increase the brand awareness of Petzey to pet parents in 3 major cities: New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco. The Honey & Hive team helped coordinate pet-related vendors to attend the events, managed the advertising efforts for the event, organized venue site visits, and was present on-site for set-up and take down.

HOLIDAY PARTY: PROGRESSIVE MOTION

After an extremely successful year, the Progressive Motion team was eager to gather to celebrate the group’s accomplishments in 2023. They wanted to create an engaging environment allowing team members to reconnect and have a joyous evening ahead of the holidays. They also wanted to update the team on the exciting updates occurring in 2024. In order to achieve this, the Honey & Hive team booked a home for the evening in San Jose. We organized a cocktail hour, hibachi dinner, and gift exchange activity.

TABLING WITH MENLO COLLEGE

Menlo College often holds events to celebrate major milestones of their students and events to gather the community. One of our main focuses working with Menlo College is their upcoming Centennial Celebration in 2027. In order to start spreading the word (even if it is 4 years away!), we started tabling at major events to hand out Centennial branded swag and update community member’s contact information. Honey & Hive organized the creation of the swag, developed the look and designed assets for the table, and manned the table the day of the events.

TEAM OFFSITE: HONEY & HIVE

Ok, ok. So this event may have been for us, BUT I now consider us pros at nailing the perfect team offsite. We designed a 4 day weekend itinerary filled with strategy and workshopping as well as plenty of opportunities for team bonding, eating yummy food, and exploring a new city!
